Delivery & Returns Information

Orders placed and confirmed (proof of payment received) are packed within 24 hours.  These orders are booked into collection by our courier (Courier Guy) the next morning.  Major Areas* deliveries take 2-3 working days and 4-5 days for outlying areas.

*Major Areas are: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Richards Bay, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, Polokwane and Nelspruit

  • Free Shipping is offered on orders of R500 and over but must not weigh more than 15 kg’s. This applies only to Gauteng.
  • All other deliveries up to R500 will cost R85.00.
  • Deliveries to other areas will be R125 for parcels weighing up to 15kg’s.

Outlying Areas

We do what we can to get your order anywhere in South Africa but some areas are very poorly serviced by couriers who charge additional charges to service those areas through special deliveries. These “surcharges” unfortunately make it not economically feasible for us to offer free shipping to these locations.

If you live in one of these areas (or another where the courier indicates the surcharge is applicable after the fact), please note that we will unfortunately be unable to ship to you, unless you are prepared to cover the surcharge applicable.

We may also not be able to indicate that the surcharge is applicable when you place your order. If you go ahead and place your order, we may advise you after the fact that the surcharge is applicable and give you the option of either cancelling your order for a full refund, or paying the surcharge applicable whereafter we would be happy to ship your order to you.

Deliveries do not take place over weekends or public holidays.  Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will only be processed on the next working day.  If you are not available at the chosen delivery address to receive your order at the time of delivery, the driver will make a second attempt at another time.

We can also deliver certain products via PAXI. This is a service provided by PEP stores with over 2000 locations across South Africa. If this service is offered on your chosen product, it will be displayed when you place your order. You would first need to check out https://paxi.co.za/locations to find your nearest collect point and place the name of your chosen store in the extra information section on delivery details. Late Delivery

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT” Act) entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified above.  The product (s) in question must be returned to Spoilingtons Pet presents in their original state.  Any such cancellation must be done via email to info@spoilingtons.co.za

Returns We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. All goods will be inspected on return. We’ll issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. Please note that delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty.

– You will be responsible for the return shipping fees if you bought the wrong size and wish to do an exchange

– The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

– The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

When you are sending the item back to us, please make sure a clear instruction is included. It includes:

– Original Invoice Number
– Your contact number and email address
– Item you wish to exchange to
– Reason for the return / exchange
– Return courier fee, if it is an exchange

If the item you received is faulty, please email info@spoilingtons.co.za quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the defect in question, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
